Vitalysieve is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy applies to all paid products and services purchased through vitalysieve.world or directly from our Amsterdam office.
We comply with Dutch consumer protection law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in the Netherlands. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
All refund requests are reviewed individually. We aim to process approved refunds within fourteen business days of confirmation.
2. Free Content
Articles, guides, and resources available on our website without charge are provided as-is for educational purposes. No refunds apply to free content as no payment is collected. If you experience technical issues accessing free materials, contact us and we will assist with resolution.
3. Digital Products
Digital products include downloadable worksheets, planning templates, and self-paced learning modules delivered electronically.
3.1 Refund Window
You may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the digital product. Once a product has been downloaded or its access link has been activated, the right of withdrawal may be waived with your prior express consent at the time of purchase.
3.2 Technical Issues
If a digital product is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible due to technical problems on our end, we will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund regardless of the download status.
3.3 Duplicate Purchases
Accidental duplicate purchases will be refunded in full upon notification within thirty days. Contact us with your order details for prompt resolution.
4. Consulting Services
Consulting services include introductory sessions and multi-week educational programs conducted by our lifestyle education specialists.
4.1 Cancellation Before Session
Cancellations made at least forty-eight hours before a scheduled session receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may receive a fifty percent refund or rescheduling credit at our discretion.
4.2 Missed Sessions
If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling for documented emergencies.
4.3 Service Quality
If you are dissatisfied with a completed consulting session, contact us within seven days describing your concerns. We will review the matter and may offer a partial refund, complimentary follow-up session, or other appropriate remedy.
5. Educational Programs and Challenges
Multi-week programs and awareness challenges involve structured content delivered over time.
- Full refund available if requested within fourteen days of enrollment and before accessing more than twenty percent of program materials
- After accessing more than twenty percent of materials, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Programs that have concluded are not eligible for refund unless a technical failure prevented access to substantial content
- Workplace group programs follow separate contractual terms agreed upon at the time of booking
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion for services, or from the day you receive digital goods.

If you requested to begin service or access digital content during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service provided up to the point of withdrawal notification.
7. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Include your full name, order date, product or service purchased, and reason for the refund request
- Our team will acknowledge your request within two business days
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been initiated
Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Allow additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refund:
- Services fully delivered and completed as described at the time of purchase
- Digital products where more than fifty percent of content has been accessed
- Customised materials created specifically for your organisation
- Purchases made more than sixty days ago, except where required by law
- Products or services obtained through unauthorised third-party resellers
Exceptions may be made in cases of documented technical failure, billing errors, or other circumstances at our sole discretion.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most concerns can be resolved more quickly through direct communication. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution for both parties.
If a chargeback is filed, we will provide relevant transaction documentation to the payment processor. Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in permanent suspension of access to our services.
